Laura Linney
Laura Linney was born in New York in New York on 5 February, 1964. She is an American actor who is well-known for her ability to portray strong characters who are also at risk. Linney was raised in a theatre family, her father, Romulus Linney being a playwright. Linney graduated at Brown University in 1986 and then went on to study at the Arts Theatre School in Moscow and graduated in the Juilliard School (M.F.A.) New York City. She began to perform on Broadway immediately, eventually receiving high praise for her performance on Six Degrees of Separation (Six Degrees of Separation) as well as Hedda Galer.
